The Sea, The Sea

theseasevenThe Sea, The Sea

Routine till its not.

Sun and wind and blue
moving at their own pace
yet quickening to
work together
to follow their natures with
pushes and pulls
and the wind works the sea and the sea
works the sky
and the sky works the wind.
And we,observers.Yet
if we are in the way, in
their midsts, then
we are called to work too,
pushing and pulling
with our bodies and machines
and if the designers have
got nature right then perhaps
we work today.

If not then we give

out

and live with the forces that
play their own selves out
and we are not in the equation other
than to give into the power:
slaves to the forces.
